Michele Larmour and Don Leeson join Diversity Mark Independent Assessment Panel


We’re thrilled to announce that Michele Larmour and Don Leeson have joined our esteemed Independent Assessment Panel. With their addition, our panel now includes 17 dedicated Assessors, reflecting the growing number of organisations committed to making progress in diversity and inclusion.

Michele Larmour

Michele is a change and leadership consultant with international police advisory expertise. She excels in strategic consulting on leadership challenges and transformational change, leveraging her extensive experience to shape change agendas, manage risk, and work collaboratively. With 31 years in UK policing, including as Assistant Chief Constable, she led business change in West Midlands Police, achieving efficiencies despite resource challenges. An adept coach, mentor, and facilitator, Michele actively contributes to leadership development and advocates for diversity. She is an Associate Coach with Queens University, Chair of the NI Ambulance Service and Police Rehabilitation and Retraining Trust, Vice Chair of the NI Public Sector Forum, and Ireland Vice Chair of the Washington Ireland Program.

Don Leeson

Don is currently the Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Agency in Northern Ireland. He has extensive experience in employment relations and management, having worked in various roles throughout his career. Before joining the Labour Relations Agency, he held positions with the Consumer Council, the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, and the Equality Commission. He is also passionate about organizational development and good employment practices. Don’s keen sense of fairness will be pivotal for our Independent Assessment Panel.
