Business in the Community (BITCNI) and Diversity Mark recently announced an exciting new partnership aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace throughout Northern Ireland. Within this partnership, a series of peer-learning and best practice-sharing events will be held specifically for EDI leaders.
The first event was held on Wednesday 20th March at Allstate in Belfast with attendees exploring good practice around strategic priorities such as influence and buy in at Board level and throughout the organisation, and creating a culture where Employee Resource Groups can thrive. Attendees provided feedback on the most valuable topics to be explored at future events.
We are delighted to have Susan Walker, IDE Manager at Allstate, and Emma Patterson-Bennett, Portfolio Manager Inclusion at the BBC co-chairing this series of events.
