TLT were recently awarded the Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation, just two years after their Belfast office was awarded the Bronze Diversity Mark.
The accreditation, which is a mark of progress allowing organisation to demonstrate their commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, is a welcome acknowledgment of TLT’s progress in improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
