Diversity Mark, in partnership with Women in Business, and MRANI, is delighted to welcome Deloitte as a new partner in the Multicultural Women’s Network event series.
Since its launch in 2023, the Multicultural Women’s Network has created a welcoming, informal space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to connect, share experiences and challenges, and build a strong sense of community. With Deloitte joining as a partner for 2026, the four organisations will work together to deliver events that celebrate multiculturalism, break down barriers, and support women across Northern Ireland.
As part of the WiB Group, Women in Business and Diversity Mark proudly champion gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. MRANI also plays a vital role in recognising excellence among minority-led businesses and fostering unity across organisational cultures.
Deloitte, which achieved the Gold Diversity Mark Accreditation in May 2025, brings a strong commitment to inclusion and equity. Their partnership supports the Network’s mission to engage and empower women from all backgrounds, offering opportunities to learn from guest speakers, share experiences, and grow their networks.
