Diversity Mark recently partnered with Women In Business NI and MRANI for their multicultural women’s network event in Belfast.
The event saw a panel discussion on the theme of ‘The Power of Connection’ and how networking and connecting with people can support us all. We witnessed some incredible panel speakers who shared valuable insights on building genuine, impactful professional connections:

- Farheen Rahmani, Litigation Paralegal at McCartan Turkington Breen and Executive Committee Member of Woman of Colour Belfast
- Maria Allsopp Whittington, Minorities Recognition Awards NI
The panel was facilitated by Emma Lyttle, Head of Engagement at Diversity Mark and the evening was wrapped up with the facilitation of networking by Shruti Ambavat, Communications and Engagement Exec at Diversity Mark with an exercise on connecting with strangers in the room and learning something new about them.
