Diversity Mark Silver Accredited organisation The Labour Relations Agency recently had a fantastic panel of women, and a roomful of men keen to hear, talk about the significance of #TakingAction in light of the NI Executive’s strategy to end Violence Against Women and Girls.
The panel addressed the realities that many women experience in both their personal and professional life, as well as the need for employers to take action in relation to harassment, sexual violence and domestic violence, in order to provide a safe workplace for all employees.
The Strategic Framework to End Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) will address the whole range of gender-based violence, abuse and harm which is disproportionately experienced by women and girls, and which is rooted in gender inequality.
