We’re delighted to welcome Nancy McMullan to Diversity Mark as our new Head of Engagement.
Nancy joined us in October 2025 and will lead our signatory engagement strategy, overseeing the independent assessment process to ensure every organisation receives the support and guidance needed to make meaningful progress on their diversity and inclusion journey.
With a wealth of experience in relationship management, communications, and purpose-led engagement, Nancy is a natural connector who excels at building strong partnerships and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
Before joining Diversity Mark, Nancy held senior roles in business development, marketing, and client experience across the professional and financial services sectors. She also serves as a Board Member with Engage Executive Talent, part of the CO3 Group.
Passionate about turning good intentions into lasting impact, Nancy is committed to helping organisations embed equality, diversity, and inclusion at every level of their culture.
