Diversity Mark are delighted to announce that Cubis Systems has been awarded with the Bronze Diversity Mark Accreditation. Diversity Mark was established by Women in Business NI, in order to support and encourage organisations that aspired to challenge the diversity barriers that are faced within the business environment.
Obtaining the accreditation demonstrates Cubis Systems dedication towards improving the diversity within their company and more specifically the gender imbalance that is faced by the manufacturing and distribution industry.
Cubis Systems has obtained the Bronze Diversity Mark through setting clear objectives in regard to improving the gender breakdown within the business. They have high hopes for what Cubis will achieve with the Bronze accreditation, and their strive for a more diverse and inclusive workforce will ensure that they are able to increase their business performance, drive innovation, attract talent and provide opportunities for development for the entire workforce.
Alongside celebrating the achievement of the award, the opportunity marks the beginning of their journey toward eliminating the barriers faced by women within the manufacturing and distribution industry.
