Cleaver Fulton Rankin Awarded Silver Diversity Mark


Commercial law firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been awarded the Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation by Diversity Mark.

Diversity Mark is the awarding body of the Diversity Mark Accreditation, which is a unique ‘mark of progress’ awarded to organisations committed to building a culture of diversity and inclusion within their workplace. The Silver Diversity Mark is awarded to organisations who have implemented a clear strategy and plan for action to enhance diversity and inclusion across at least three key areas of focus.

The firm was awarded the accreditation following an independent assessment, having set five ambitious targets across four core areas of focus including gender diversity, mental health, LGBTQIA+ and age inclusion. The targets, which are aligned with Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s organisational objectives, were developed by the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and informed by engagement and feedback received from team members across the organisation.

Following the firm’s achievement of the Bronze Diversity Mark for its commitment to advancing gender diversity in 2021, Cleaver Fulton Rankin has made considerable progress. The achievement of the Silver Accreditation marks a significant milestone in the firm’s diversity and inclusion journey.
