Introducing Our New Operations Executive, Molly Edgar


We’re excited to welcome Molly Edgar to Diversity Mark as our new Operations Executive.

Joining us in January 2026, Molly will play an important role in delivering our engagement strategy, supporting our signatory organisations and helping to drive the continued growth of the Diversity Mark community. She’ll be working closely with our Head of Engagement to ensure our signatories feel supported, informed and connected.

With a background in Corporate Law and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, alongside in-depth knowledge of our signatory assessment, Molly brings a real passion for helping organisations turn commitment into meaningful change. She’s a brilliant collaborator and a strong advocate for inclusive cultures where everyone feels they belong.
