Neurodiversity Spark event brought together thought leaders, advocates, and professionals for a full day of practical learning and collaboration at W5, Belfast. Attendees explored how to better understand and embrace neurodiversity in workplaces and communities.
Expert-led discussions featuring Gary Gates (Neurodiversity Spark), Professor April Hargreaves, Roland Johnson (W5), and our Director, Christine White providing both high-level insights and practical tools. Christine White delivered a session on Accreditation & Driving Change, showcasing how structured recognition can help organisations achieve genuine cultural transformation.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in sessions that tackled misconceptions, highlighted lived experiences, explored legal and reputational risks, and provided cost-effective strategies for creating inclusive environments. The interactive panel and action-planning workshop empowered attendees to translate their learning into practical commitments and next steps.
