Role Overview:
We have an opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual with a positive energy and passion for building strong relationships to join our team. This person will lead our signatory engagement strategy and oversee the independent assessment process.
This pivotal role involves building high levels of engagement and retention among signatory
organisations, alongside maintaining high levels of satisfaction among both signatories and

meaningful engagement opportunities and a streamlined accreditation and assessment experience.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and a natural relationship builder. They must have excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset, always considering if there are more effective ways to work. We use a digital platform for accreditation applications and assessments so they must be comfortable using digital systems. This role reports to the Director and is supported by the Communication and Engagement Executive, who the successful candidate will have responsibility for managing.

Key Responsibilities:
Signatory Engagement
Develop and implement the organisation’s signatory engagement strategy, focusing on
strengthening support and timely communication throughout the pre- and post-assessment stages.
Assessment Oversight

Event Coordination
Plan, coordinate and host signatory engagement events (currently quarterly in person and monthly online events) to build community and enable best practice sharing whilst collaborating with any relevant partner organisations. Support the Director with the annual Diversity Mark Summit.
Stakeholder Engagement
Actively participate in signatory, partner, and supporter events to strengthen relationships, enhance visibility and promote ongoing collaboration and best practice sharing.
Digital Platform Oversight
Ensure users can confidently navigate and use our digital platform for accreditation applications and assessments. Provide helpful support to signatories and Assessors and share feedback/suggestions to help us make ongoing improvements to the platform.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Provide day-to-day support and leadership to the Communication and Engagement Executive, with regular 1 to 1s to support their professional development. Work closely with the Head of Business Development to align engagement efforts with the business development strategy to support organisational growth.
Group Representation and Collaboration
Represent the organisation at WiB Group Heads meetings, contributing insights and aligning
Diversity Mark initiatives with the broader strategic goals of the group.
