Diversity Mark is expanding its team with the latest addition of Lesley Miller as Strategic Project Lead. Lesley is an experienced leader in business growth and strategy, specialising in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (EDI).
With a background as a leader in Tech, Finance and Business Growth Lesley has cemented her belief that EDI benefits both employees and businesses. By building diverse teams we build diverse viewpoints and experience leading to better business outcomes, making companies more attractive to potential employees, higher employee retention and increased profits.
Over Lesley’s 40 year career she has gained experience in Tech, Finance, Manufacturing and the Service Sectors across a range of organisations, most recently 20+ years in Allstate Northern Ireland. Lesley will bring that breadth of knowledge and lived experience to her work for Diversity Mark.
