Women in Business, with the support of Diversity Mark and MRANI held the Multicultural Women’s Network Event at the Belfast Met E3 Campus on Wednesday 31st January.
Hosted by Christine White and Orla McKeating from Diversity Mark, this engaging event revolved around the theme of ‘Building Confidence Across Cultures.’ Attendees not only had the chance to expand their networks but also left feeling inspired with insights shared by guest speakers, Maggie Ho, from FinTrU, Simandini Sharma from Citi, and OyeDamola Bolajoko from Home Plus, sharing their personal journeys in navigating confidence in a multicultural world.
Attendees then enjoyed a mesmerising cultural celebration performance by Tarangini Belfast.
This network provides a welcoming space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds and allies to come together in a relaxed and informal environment to grow their connections, discuss common challenges in their career and enable valuable community building.
