Diversity Mark Industry Peer Event with Labour Relations AgencyApril 25, 2023
We are delighted to announce our upcoming Industry Peer Event in partnership with Labour Relations Agency taking place virtually Tuesday 25th April 2023 at 10:00am.
The Labour Relations Agency provides free, impartial and confidential services to employers, employer bodies, employees and workers in Northern Ireland, as well as Trade Unions, HR and legal professionals. These services include advice on good employment practice and the resolution of workplace disputes through conciliation, mediation, arbitration and independent appeals.
Claire Webb, EDI Manager will be talking about:
– The LRA’s equity, diversity and inclusion journey so far
– An overview of the Agency’s good practice advisory work, with a spotlight on preventing and tackling sexual harassment in the workplace
We will close the event with an audience Q&A session to allow the opportunity for sharing of best practice.
