FinTrU and TinyLife Event

March 14, 2023

Currently, 1 in 13 babies in the UK are born premature with 1,900 babies born prematurely in Northern Ireland every year.
FinTrU worked alongside TinyLife to create a new policy that will give access to six weeks additional maternity leave for their employees while partners can avail of two weeks additional and flexible paternity leave.

Join us at this event to hear from FinTrU, TinyLife and the employees who were the catalyst for the policy being put in place. At Diversity Mark we welcome working alongside progressive and compassionate employers who understand that going beyond the current legal requirements can have a long lasting and far-reaching impact.
