TinyLife are Northern Ireland’s premature baby charity here to help provide support services both in the Neonatal Unit and in the community. Over the last 34 years, they have increased the range of family support services, funded medical research, developed informative publications and influenced thinking around the care of premature babies.

Almost 2000 babies spent time in Northern Ireland’s Neonatal units last year and as employers its important to be progressive and compassionate, understanding that going beyond the current legal requirements can have a long lasting and far-reaching impact on both your employees and bottom line.

Join TinyLife CEO Alison McNulty and other Diversity Mark signatories to hear the importance of brining neonatal awareness and procedures into the workplace.
