Translink has been awarded the Silver Diversity Mark for advancing Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace by awarding body Diversity Mark. The Assessors looked for significant progress against Translink’s plan and critiqued goals that will continue to address Gender, Disability, Race and Ethnicity.

TLT awarded Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation
TLT were recently awarded the Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation, just two years after their Belfast office was awarded the Bronze Diversity Mark. The accreditation, which is a mark of progress allowing organisation to demonstrate their commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, is a welcome acknowledgment of TLT’s progress in improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
