More than 300 business leaders, EDI professionals, and advocates came together in October at Titanic Belfast for the third annual Diversity Mark Summit.
Supported by Allstate Northern Ireland as headline partner, the 2025 Diversity Mark Summit featured a world-class line-up of speakers who travelled to Belfast to share global insights – including Richard Mihalic (Allstate), Michelle Alexis (BBC), Sandra Healy (Inclusio), Rebecca Robins, Five Generations at Work and broadcaster, journalist, and author Babita Sharma, alongside inspiring local leaders driving change across Northern Ireland.
Attendees heard from Justice Minister Naomi Long MLA, who reminded delegates that “there is no place in society for intolerance,” and from Christine White, Director of Diversity Mark, who set the tone with “In Every Voice, In Every Step, In Every Success.”
