NI Water is celebrating the retention of its prestigious Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation for 2025. The Independent Assessment Panel commended NI Water for its unwavering commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, the progress made to date in this area and its ambitious future plans.

NI Water commenced its journey with Diversity Mark in 2019 and this recent accreditation recognises the organisation’s sustained commitment and continuous progress to advancing ED&I in the workplace. NI Water were only the second public sector organisation to achieve the silver charter mark in 2022.
