We are delighted to share that the Labour Relations Agency have been awarded the Silver Diversity Mark Accreditation. This achievement reflects the dedication from their staff to create an inclusive workplace that benefits everyone.
Within LRA various networks give staff a space to speak openly about issues and plan proactive initiatives to tackle EDI issues, they wish to thank those who chair their networks, and all staff involved within their EDI initiatives.
The LRA also extends thanks to their EDI Manager, Claire Webb, whose dedication to an inclusive workplace has benefitted LRA’s strategy and corporate goals for the future.
